With over twenty five years of executive and operational experience, in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Larry Trenwith and Ron Brophy bring the knowledge, the discipline and the insights required to drive exceptional sales and marketing results. Together they co-founded The Northbridge Group.

With a diverse marketing background that spans both the client and service sides of the marketing value chain, Ron Brophy works with clients on marketing strategy, segmentation, branding, product positioning and program execution.

As an accomplished sales executive and CEO, Larry Trenwith knows what it takes to create sustainable revenue growth, build a high performance global sales network, develop winning strategy and execute flawlessly.

Ron Brophy's marketing background includes extensive experience on both client and service sides of the marketing value chain. On the service-side, Ron brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from his previous contributions to national advertising agencies with account management responsibilities for major national brands including McDonald's, KFC, Toyota, Best Foods, Hiram Walker and BDC.

His client-side experience includes Vice President Marketing at Scott's Hospitality Inc., Vice President Marketing at Prime Restaurants, Director Retail Marketing at Canada Post, and Vice President Marketing at NUVO Network Management.

In 1997, Ron entered the marketing consulting services arena delivering value through the depth and breadth of his horizontal marketing specialization. Working with clients in both public and private sectors and across several industry verticals, he has helped clients improve the performance of their marketing resources. Ron's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, U.K.

Larry Trenwith's background includes extensive international and domestic sales, business development, global channel building and executive management experience. Equally at home in both high volume and high ticket value markets Larry has led sales execution to launch new products, enter new markets, recruit global partners and negotiate numerous multi-mullion dollar contracts with strategic channel partners, major government and corporate accounts.

Since 1997 Larry has helped a diverse range of clients, large and small, achieve significant business performance improvements. Primarily focusing on sales and marketing operations and execution, Larry was also instrumental in guiding 3 early stage companies through successful private placements totaling over $10 million, including one of the last Nortel spin-offs. Between 1991 and 1996, in a series of international and domestic sales roles culminating as VP North American Sales Operations, Larry provided sales leadership during the explosive growth in revenues from $3M to over $65M at Fulcrum Technologies.

Larry remains an active member of the high technology community. He is a member of the Executive Board for the Ottawa Software Council. He is an advisor to the Carleton University Foundry Program and CITO. He was a member of the Advisory Board for the Technology Marketing Program at Algonquin College and author/presenter of the "Building & Managing Successful Sales Channels" module. Larry holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
